Take Care of Your Heart

In an average lifetime the heart, a muscle about the size of a fist, will pump about one million barrels of blood.

Cholesterol deposits and inflammation in the arteries and veins can narrow and weaken them, making it harder and less efficient for the heart to pump blood.

Maintaining a healthy heart is about managing the risk factors that you can control. So love your heart by eating the right foods and exercising daily.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not a smart start, January 12, 2008
Just check out what is in this stuff. Why can't these corporate types get it right. Americans want healthy foods. Why is it so hard to get rid of high fructose corn syrup. Why? Well until they get it right I will go the companies that do.
