Just fill with water, stick it in the microwave for 1 minute, and enjoy. Has bits of apples in it, which makes it yummy. The maple flavor is my 2nd favorite, but a bit to sweet for my taste. The cinammon roll flavor is bringing up the rear. This is probably about the size of 2 regular instant oatmeal packets. Fills me up and it's good.
